Project Description
71 Queen Victoria Street, London EC4
Project Description
MHBC initially provided dilapidation advice, which developed into a full development management role to secure the planning and redevelopment of 10,000-square-metre City of London building. MHBC put together the design team and provided PM services through town planning and contract administration thereafter. Construction work was undertaken by Bouygues over almost two years and included the relocation of an historic arch (a scheduled ancient monument) from the lower floors.
We have subsequently been involved in the landlord monitoring of tenant fitting-out, including enabling works to construct a swimming pool for a leisure tenant after construction completion.
