40 Chancery Lane, London WC2
MHBC project monitored a well-known central London developer to deliver a new 9,500-square-metre building for Saatchu & Saatchi in London’s midtown. MHBC then managed the project from shell and core to complete fitting out, including mechanical and electrical services design and management as well as cost control. The building incorporates original fragments of one of the existing Took’s Court buildings, which features as “Cook’s Court” in Dickens’ novel Bleak House. Working alongside an interiors architect, MHBC also handled the move management of divisions to the building.
